- 4 medium potatoes, chopped into large chunks
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T dried rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Set the oven for 235 degrees celcius
Put all the ingredients into a baking tray and combine well, making sure the potato chunks are well covered in olive oil. Pop into the oven on the highest shelf and roast for 45 minutes.
