Tzatziki (V)


  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 garlics
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500g Greek yoghurt
  • Black pepper


Slice the cucumber in half lengthways and use a teaspoon to remove the seeds. Crush the garlic with the salt using a mortar and pestle. Dice the cucumber, place in a medium bowl, and mix in the garlic. Add the yoghurt and stir well. Season with plenty of black pepper.
