Leek Pasta (Ve)


  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 – 4 leeks, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 400g pasta


Sauté the leeks and garlic together with olive oil in a large pan. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a separate saucepan according to cooking instructions.

When the leeks are well cooked, stir in the lemon juice and season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta leaving 1cm of water at the bottom of the pan and add this to the leeks. Stir together and serve.
