
Ingredients
- 110g flour
- 1/4 C cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 T dessicated coconut
- 1 C brown sugar
- 2 T golden syrup
- 1/2 C soy or oat milk
- 15 drops vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius and grease a 20cm/8in round cake tin.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 20 minutes, rotating half-way through cooking.
