Our streets are located by the millstream off the River Ver which runs right past the Waffle House opposite (formally an old watermill). We’re lucky enough to enjoy beautiful views over the water and often see bats foraging along the river at dusk. That’s why we’re really happy to be joining in with Wilderhood Watches Mad about Bats project, which will enable us to find out more about the range of bat species we have living close by, and what we can do to help them.
